Job Summary
The Integris Manager of Training & Enablement (MTE) will be responsible for new hire and functional training needs, ensuring the professional development of our staff. The MTE will coordinate training initiatives with internal and external resources, be a good steward of the training budget, develop measures and metrics for training effectiveness and continuously improve the programs to elevate the talent development of our teams. The MTE will provide leadership and guidance to our internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to optimize training opportunities with the most cost-effective, quality-driven means enhancing and developing skills for today and future needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic training program aligned with organizational structure, goals, and objectives.
- Be a steward of the training budget and resources effectively, optimizing ROI and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
- Manage relationships with training vendors; negotiate contracts, ensure quality, and remain budget neutral.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify training needs and resources.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs, leveraging both internal and external resources as well as varied means of delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and subject matter experts involved in delivering training content.
- Collaborate with HR and technical team leadership to integrate training initiatives into onboarding and career development programs.
- Stay current regarding industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to training and professional development.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on training initiatives and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Experience with establishing and adhering to a corporate objectives, goals and budget.
- Experience working in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
- Excellent accountability, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience managing relationships with training vendors and negotiating contracts.
- Strong grasp of learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of IT concepts and terminology preferred.
- Relevant certifications in training and development or project management are a plus.
